We are now looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to join our company.

Main duties:

FINANCE
  • Preparing daily journal entries and day-to-day accounting activities
  • AP/AR entry and reconciliations
  • Managing expense claims and handling petty cash transactions
  • Inter-company reconciliations and bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining fixed asset register and maintaining addition, deletion and depreciation schedules
  • Bank related functions (vendor payments, follow-up receivables if necessary)
  • Preparing and submitting financial reporting to HQ in Denmark
  • VAT filing, UBO and ESR Reporting
  • In-charge with year-end auditing functions
SALES ORDER & LOGISTICS
  • Full control of purchase and sales ledger invoicing
  • Handles cargo shipment, import and export
  • Inventory control
HR & ADMIN
  • Payroll processing, tracking of attendance, holidays and sick leaves
  • In-charge of DAFZA related functions – office lease, trade license renewals, processing and cancellation of employee visas, etc.
  • Insurance renewals – office insurance and staff medical insurance
  • Office management

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or any degree equivalent to Finance (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CGMA)
  • Audit experience is a must
  • Knowledge in accounting software or ERP system
  • Must have a working experience in handling shipments (Imports and Exports) esp. in Free Zone
  • Good technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, must be independent and proactive
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
