Job description
  • Independent organization of the reception area and assumption of secretarial tasks
  • First point of contact for employees, guests and external service providers as well as competent support for all concerns
  • Supporting the project team in the preparation of documents, reports, presentations
  • Participation in the preparation of participation applications and offers
  • Additional work for the central service area, e.g. B. Preparatory work for bookkeeping and payroll accounting, cash management, administration and forwarding of internal applications
