Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Regional HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC business.

This individual will initiate HR Operations in supporting the line functions in the region. Fully dedicated to internal clients, their needs and their duties, the Regional HR Coordinator coordinates and helps to develop and implement better people management practices and shares responsibilities towards HR goals and target delivery

This position will be based in Barsha Heights , Dubai

Responsibilities:
  • To team with HR colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the business in full compliance with the existing Labor laws.
  • Assist the Senior Directors and other senior HR colleagues in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives to add value to both our business and employees
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across Centers, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders
  • Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues
  • Influence Management and Leadership around the people agenda and issues
  • Support Recruitment operations
  • Oversee mobilization and on-boarding in line with the organization policies and multiple country requirements
  • Be responsible for performance system management ,conflict management and employee counseling
  • Regular updating of organization structure
  • HRIS system and HR records management along with complex reports preparation
  • Support and liase with PR & admin teams and remain updated on changing employment regulations
  • Support payroll operations in implementing /addressing queries related to payroll
  • Recommending /coordinating trainings in line with line operation requirements
  • Take up adhoc HR projects as and when required
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited university with emphasis in business, human resources or related
  • 4-6 years of progressive working knowledge and experience managing human resource department in an HR generalist capacity
  • Previous experience on HRMS systems / advanced excel reporting
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage a challenging workload across a geographically diverse sector
  • Self-starter with ability work on your own initiative and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing challenging and conflicting priorities
  • MS office skills at a good standard level of competence
