Job Summary:
We are looking for a independent candidate, who will be primarily responsible for sales coordination, in a well-established multinational company. The candidate must be a graduate with minimum three years of experience in sales coordination especially on product sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills is a must.

  • Processing the orders efficiently and verifying the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Acts as a liaison between various departments of the company and customers to coordinate smooth deliveries.
  • Answering incoming calls and addressing customer needs and requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Candidate should be holding a graduate degree.
  • 3 or more years experience as Sales Coordinator
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence, listening and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
