To provide administrative support to the colleagues in the Recruitment function


  • Maintain the Talent Acquisition System to ensure all recruitment is conducted smoothly and efficiently. From Advertising vacancies and creating requisitions to prescreening – interviews – selection of candidates.
  • Book tickets for all new colleague arrivals.
  • Ensure new colleague process is completed for the new hires; visa application, prepare medical documents for municipality scheduling, residence visa application, ID card, bank account.
  • Issue contracts to all new colleagues.
  • Prepare Colleague Action Forms for new hires.
  • Prepare temporary identification letters to new hires.
  • Conducts HR induction for new colleagues.
  • Sends out new arrival list to concerned departments.
  • Provide recruitment updates to all Management as and when applicable.
  • Responsible for updating the manning guide.
  • Schedule interviews for all other levels with AHRM / HRM / DHR
  • Complete reference checks for all new hire candidates
  • Assist with interviews for level 1 - 3 positions
  • Schedules one on ones with HRM / DHR (6 weeks coffee chat).
  • Responsible for making PRF’s for leavers and sending them to MKM HR weekly
  • Liaise with Colleagues Services Executive for the room requirements needed for new arrivals
  • Completes and sends monthly employee movement report to the owning company.
  • Conduct exit interviews for colleagues at level 1
  • Sends the HRD / HRM the LD & Vacation day report monthly
  • Register profiles for new starters for the monthly payroll in Oracle.
  • Conduct TAS trainings to all Department coordinators to raise the request in TAS for the vacant position.
  • Creating and deleting email access for new starters and leavers.
  • Assist colleagues with all HR related queries and questions
  • Assist with Welfare Committee and Team Gathering
  • Maintaining and updating notice board with regards to recruitment and vacancy
  • Filing of documents
  • Any other adhok requests by the DHR / HRM


  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
  • Experience of working in a multi cultural environment
  • Ability to manage a number of tasks at any one time


Post secondary school education


Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable within a 5 star hotel
