Supporting senior level executives, good attention to detail and can prioritize competing requests.

You will be discreet and demonstrate a high level of professionalism when dealing with colleagues and stakeholders, both internal and external to talabat.

You are level-headed, positive, and able to give and receive feedback.

Your main goal will be to provide excellent administrative support to your stakeholders, ensuring they’re in the right place at the right time, fully prepped for their day. You will be adept at looking around corners and can anticipate follow ups.

What's On Your Plate?

  • Manage your stakeholders’ calendars, including prioritization of meetings and competing demands
  • Support in creating meeting agendas and collating pre-reads, as required
  • Attend meetings, and track follow ups as appropriate
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports and colleagues
  • Provide additional support to wider teams on an ad hoc basis
  • work collaboratively with the existing EA team

  • Multiple complex diary management

What Did We Order?

  • 1-2 years assistant experience, supporting 2+ stakeholders, ideally in a complex, growing company
  • Fluent English with strong written skills
  • Adapt well to changing priorities
  • Experience using Google Workspace apps and Slack
  • Strong EQ and ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive and ability to prioritize
