What you’ll do

Responsible for the maintenance and support of internal and external customers to ensure the Sales Organization runs effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives for the Linksys division. Accountable for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data to increase sales productivity and streamline processes. This hybrid role will combine order management and analytical methods with driving activities such as forecasting, customer interface, and financial operation in support of company metrics.

How you’ll do it

Order Management

  • Own, manage, and process customer purchase orders via all methods
  • Process customer Return’s Requests (RMA’s)
  • Provide verbal and written communication responses to inquires via email and over the phone
  • Distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports that help maximize profitability and mitigate loss to include Open Order, Cancellation, and In-Transit
  • Accountable for the investigation and mitigation of discrepancies and fines
  • Support operational projects through development, testing, and implementation
  • Manage the New Product Information (NPI) process
  • Communicate any logistical requirements to the distribution warehouse

Planning/Forecasting

  • Participate in weekly planning & forecast review meetings
  • Responsible for managing weekly planning/forecasting meeting with sales and planning, including making revisions to weekly forecasts based on sell-through trends, and inventory analysis
  • Work with sales team to manage weekly sales revenue forecast number
  • Lead weekly customer planning calls between customer, sales team and planning/forecasting teams.
Follow-up on recaps, key forecast changes, product availability timelines
  • System Applications
  • Oracle ERP
  • Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Business Objects (BO)
  • Customer dedicated portals

Leadership

  • Maintain and foster a positive work atmosphere
  • Responsible for personal development to aid in building a winning team with clear and sustained success
  • Manage and facilitate projects that drive efficiency and profitability
  • Continuous excellent working relationship with internal and external customers to include other departments and co-workers
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through skills
  • Maintain up-to-date account specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Housekeeping

  • Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines including maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Responsible for maintaining consistent work hours and excellent attendance
  • Responsible for managing personal time off (PTO), including ensuring proper back-up coverage, while in support of department and organization protocol

What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a corporate office environment with order management, administration, and customer service background
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite of Programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including proper grammar and spelling
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Exceptional attendance record
  • Fluency in English with a second language preferred but not mandatory
