Job Description

Responsibilities include typing specifications, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Ultimately, supporting our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.

Responsibilities will include, maintaining and updating electronic information on samples/catalogues/pre qualifications library.

*File documents in physical and digital records *Check for accuracy and edit files, like project specifications.
  • Reviewing specifications/technical documents (from third party sub consultants) along with the ability to spot errors.
  • Responsible for keeping all the Project Documents, assisting Team in relations to preparation of Tender Documents, Letters, assisting to handle the daily administrational work.
  • Any other task/s that may be assigned as per project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Computer certificate or Administration with more than 5 years of Experience
  • Previous experience gained with a large consultancy firm in the gulf region would be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate perfectly in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role with reputed Construction Project Management team,QS team or tendering/procuring team

*Expert with MS Office and MS Excel *Proficient typing and editing skills
Must have exceptional organizational skills to be effective in executing day-to-day functions.

*Familiarity with AutoCAD, CSI Master Format, ACONEX. *Basic knowledge of Construction activities & Tender Documents
