What You'll Do

  • Provide full HR admin support to the UAE and Global People Team which includes filing, documentation, data-entry of personnel data into the HR system etc., and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Create personal files and maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers and absenteeism rates etc., for employee benefits
  • Provide support in the processing and full administration of work/employment processes and renewals
  • Provide support in onboarding - offboarding processes
  • Coordinate with travel arrangers on their mobilization and demobilization arrangements and accommodation.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any relevant courses
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with the same role preferably from food industry
  • With experience in all HR facets (recruitment, compensation/benefits, employee relations and learning development)
  • Must be knowledgeable and with hands on experience in different MS office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must be based in Dubai
