Job Description
- Warmly welcome and greeting to all customers upon arrival
- Answer reservation calls and ensures all customers will get their tables on time
- In case of a full house to ensure gives the right time of waiting to the customers
- Coordinate between store manager, assistant store manager, and supervisor for a vacant table to organize customer seating
- Thank all customers for their visit upon leaving and ask them to come back again
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues.
- Attend and participate in all training, meeting, and daily pre-shift schedule.
- Ensure customer leave happy more than when he gets in
- Ensure the section are clean and packed.
- Maintain a positive attitude with a smart smile all the time
- Ensure all marketing stuff on place
- Request customers to fill comments on the tablet survey
Requirements
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
- Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems
- Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
