What you will be up to:

Our client is now looking for 2 junior Data analyst.

The Junior Data Analyst is new position being introduced in the organisation to facilitate in taking informed Strategic Decisions. A Data Analyst records the data in a business. He/she is responsible to maintain the accuracy and quality of data and provide the data in readymade form by utilising various tools to help the management make correct Strategic Decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research, data management, business intelligence for data reporting.
  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Develop, prepare and analyses daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and templates that enables data driven decisions in Operations.
  • Perform financial reporting, and operational metrics tracking for collection.
  • Analyse financial data – and create financial report for decision support.
  • Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for
  • improvements.
  • Work closely with all teams to ensure accurate financial reporting for decision support.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans.
  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyse data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
  • Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.

  • Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting & three years of related experience. Or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting & 1.6 years of related experience.

The reporting manager is responsible to train the personnel, evaluate her/him after training, analyse and review all reports made and then take appropriate decisions collaborating with the other concerned departments.
