The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities including being the primary contact to communicate with customers via dedicated channels.

Primarily this is a customer service and administration focused role.
  • Been efficient and proactive within timeframes set and be structured to work to achieve maximum KPI’s. Communicate at all times in a professional manner.
  • Complete daily administration tasks & ensure that online filling is managed and up to date through the CRM system.
  • Proactively assist with coordination and organisation of events and special occasions.
  • Assist management with idea generation to ensure business scalability.
  • Adhere to business best practice, processes, and procedures.
  • The right candidate will be extremely organised and ‘on the ball’ with common sense.
  • Need to be proficient with Microsoft Suite and have a background working with CRM systems.
  • We support cognitive diversity and drive the business by collecting ideas from everyone.
