Wyndham Dubai Deira is now seeking a Storekeeper to join our team at in Dubai, United Arab Emirates


The role holder will contribute to the performance of the hotel by facilitating in Storeroom for efficient receiving and distribution of hotel’s food and beverage and other goods and services. He/she is also responsible for assisting with Food & Beverage controls through turnover, inventories and maintaining par stock levels in accordance with hotel business levels.


  • Receives food and beverage items in a manner prescribed by the Food & Beverage operations of each hotel as it relates to proper rotation, stocking, pricing, and storage.
  • Ensures proper operation of freezers, refrigerators, and walk-in coolers and notify management of any equipment repairs needed.
  • Issues food and beverage goods by following the proper issuing procedures prescribed by Wyndham’s policies and procedures, which include recording, pricing, rotation, and delivery to authorized requesting employees.
  • Maintains food and beverage par levels for all items as required by management.
  • Maintains good record keeping of all items received and issued to minimize any storeroom variances, in accordance with established Food & Beverage procedures.
  • Uses computer equipment to record all transactions. Assist Food & Beverage inventories as required by management.
  • Maintains clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  • Is responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock
  • Refuses acceptance of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items
  • Ensures cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Ensures all store requisitions are signed by concerned department heads and approved by the FC/GM depending upon the hotel’s operations procedures.
  • Conducts inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
  • Works closely with Purchasing to order ad receive items and equipment.
  • Adheres to all health and safety procedures particularly relating to F&B items
  • Keeps accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in similar role in branded hotel.
  • Have a Degree or Diploma qualification or its equivalent in Management/Finance or related discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of FMC (Fidelio Materials Control
