Job Description

  • Responsible for developing the merchandising team to provide the maximum service level in supporting the sales to attain long term stability in the market in line with the trade marketing’s approach.
  • Manage day to day operations of Merchandising Team and develop their skills to provide a better service level that will support the sales process.
  • Ensure the Perfect store execution at the outlet level & Roll out Trade Marketing initiatives across the market.
  • Monitoring MSL Implementation
  • Ensure BDA visibility counterparts execution.
  • Setting Monthly Route plan and ensure route adherence and provide the daily field report
  • Carry out all administrative activities related to the merchandising team (PPE, POSM, Health Cards etc);
  • On Job training and coaching to the team

Academic Background

Bachelor Degree

Desirable requirements

Computer Skills (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) , Email / Internet.

Interpersonal Skills (Excellent communication, Time Management, Handling objection and Manage day to day issue with priority


Minimum 3- 5 years in FMCG
Experience in Managing a team
