Inspire Brands Job in Abu Dhabi - Financial Analyst, International (Dubai)

Purpose of the Position

To contribute to Inspire Brands success by directing and leading a team in managing existing Franchisees and Licensees as well as instrumental in recruiting new partners for his or her region, while meeting or exceeding annual regional sales, profitability, and quality scores. Furthermore, maximizing equity of the brands in his or her territory while strategically guiding business plan objectives of franchisees or licensees through providing brand generalist support and consultation along with the field team.

Responsibilities

  • To build and develop productive sales and account management teams to meet sales and profit objectives and achieve successful business results
  • To build relationships with key decisions makers in business client base to ensure investor satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Through the field team, provide consultative support and oversight to franchisees and licensees in the areas of marketing, business development, supply chain, finance, learning, human resources, development including but not limited to market mapping, facility transformation, store openings and store operations
  • Monitor and analyze regional and key country performance data to determine opportunities for growth of business and to provide direction on investment returns, operating efficiency, and improved customer service
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers of existing partners to facilitate increased regional sales, growth, and profitability. Evaluate Franchise and Licensee partners’ objectives and provides solutions to generate add-on sales and profits. Understand and differentiate growth levers for the brands and recommend the deployment of specified levers to drive growth strategically on a country basis
  • Develop new business development opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Develop annual operating plan and budget, prepare monthly/quarterly forecast updates. Develop regional performance plans and forecasts per company schedule. Review and summarize business data for senior management
  • Plan and manage business unit processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives
  • Prepare, communicate, and educate client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within Inspire Brands

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • M.B.A degree is a plus

Experience Qualification

  • 10 to 15 years of extensive and formal QSR, Fast - Casual, Casual dining, food service business development and management experience
  • Prior effective experience in directing and leading a team to achieve business objectives and provide customer support
