About the role

Work Location: Dubai (UAE) or Saudi Arabia (SA)
Reporting To: Sales Director Street - Middle East, Turkey & Africa
Travel: This role requires 75% travel

In this role, you will create and demonstrate how to make breakthrough beverages. Develop new beverage concepts and provide consultative training and support for menu innovation.

Key responsibilities

  • Increase DaVinci sales by leading the thinking of our customers.
  • Establish and build relationships with industry influencers.
  • Develop a comprehensive library of signature beverages for use in different F&B settings that leverage our wide range of beverage bases, syrups, sauces, and purées.
  • Build expertise in identifying customer menu gaps.
  • Help create a unique DaVinci methodology (focused on the total flavor experience) for presenting our branded product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to shape product and platforms development that leverages foodservice trends and consumer / customer insights.

Qualifications and skills

  • Highly developed communication skills – extremely comfortable presenting to large audiences.
  • Solid creative beverage development skills.
  • Able to work from a strategic creative brief and support/lead the strategic development of new concepts and products.
  • Ability to provide consultative menu development skills to foodservice operators in individual and group settings, using multiple media options e.g. videos, webinars, and live demonstrations.
  • Manage onsite presentation suite, keeping it organized and stocked for customer presentations and application development.
  • Have a deep understanding of the importance of brand building
  • Partner with sales and marketing team in technical activities
  • Strong social / digital presence e.g. lots of industry followers on Facebook or Instagram
