Job Information:

– Write and send quotes, delivery slips, collection.
– Invoice, collect, revive customers.
– Transmit by phone, mail or email information on costs and deadlines.
– Update files before customer visits.
– Present the activity of the company and the services from which customers can benefit.
– Ensure the follow-up of the travels of the sales representatives and their field operations (canvassing, animation, distribution of advertisements on the points of sale).
– Update the tables of sales statistics.

Job Requirements:

– Terminal level.
– Having 1 year of experience in a similar position.
– Have a keen sense of service and contact.
– Possess a team spirit to advance the work of a whole group.
– Be diplomatic.
– Show loyalty in dealing with confidential information.
