Black Pearl Consult Job at Abu Dhabi - Accounting and Finance Officer

An international company is currently looking for an Accounting and Finance Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role will report directly to the Finance Head and will perform the following duties:
  • Create payment schedule and process regular payment to suppliers
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation (credit card, bank and expenses)
  • Generate regular management report
  • Conduct quarterly VAT filing
  • Assist in doing the year-end audit
  • Perform other general accounting duties when needed


To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • a bachelor degree in accounting / finance
  • having a CA or ACCA or CIMA or CFA would be preferred
  • should have a least have a total of 6 years experience in the same capacity
  • at least 2 years in leading a team
  • knowledgeable in VAT
  • experienced in accounts payable and receivables
  • experienced in generating various financial management reports
  • adept in using excel and knowledgeable in using any accounting tools
  • have worked in a business professional/management/consultancy business in the UAE for at least a year
  • willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
