Job Description

  • Maintain files/ filling.
  • Records documents to the system
  • Follow up Accounts Receivable
  • Keep information about daily activities
  • Audit daily transactions
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Perform duties as assign
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Checks sales quotations and ensure that projects cover indirect costs.
  • Ensures that project costs are within the budget and that each project is profitable.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prepare costing / pricing of products.
  • Prepare financial studies to ensure feasibility of a project.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or related field
  • 0 to 2 years experience working in Finance/ Accounting Department
  • Proven knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience in the preparation of final financial statement
