Role Purpose
To modify and improve filing systems or implement new filing systems for the employee’s files. To prepare, manage and file documents for our projects. To provide a variety of administrative support in HR area.
Main opportunities and challenges for this role:
The role holder will cover the full spectrum of HR archiving activities in Qatar Offices.
Main accountabilities but not limited to the following:
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
- Create new records as necessary.
- Create new templates for future use
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Follow up for the missing documents
Role specific knowledge and experience:
Language requirements: English at Proficiency level B2
Qualification : Completed high school leaving certificate or equivalent
Role Specific Knowledge & Experience :
- Experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Good IT skills and an interest in applying digital technology to archiving
- Able to present information clearly and logically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to details
- Ability to priorities tasks and meets deadlines.
