Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the flow of a company’s services or products to consumers.
  • Keep tracking of new exhibitions and events by organizing exhibition calendar, online research, etc.
  • Generate Sales Leads and creation of Database.
  • Sales Cold Calling and Emailing.
  • Knows Proper Quoting, BOQ, Estimation and Pricing
  • Coordination with other departments.
  • Knowledge about tendering and Proposal Submission.
  • Collecting new exhibition data by visiting or coordination the visits.
  • Assisting in preparing sales proposals, quotations and other documents.
  • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or any related course.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
