Hiring an Operations Executive for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to all administrative requests from CEO and senior managers.
  • Manage all daily orders by inputting sales invoices, fulfilment and follow up with key account clients.
  • Support daily office duties including incoming phone calls handling and office supplies replenishment, and technical support.
  • Arrange executive meetings, business appointments, internal social events.
  • Assist in Human Resource department with document preparation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration.
  • Two years experiences in similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command in English both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and multi-tasking.
