Complete knowledge and management within the following systems:
  • Main Sales Processes (Quotes/OA’s)
  • Sage, Advitium (Lascom), Parts directories.
  • Engineering support requests.
  • Sales Order Entry & Invoicing.
  • CRM System
  • Processing orders & management of OA’s
  • Over viewing customer orders
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Processing orders and management of OAs
  • Maintain overview of quotes raised and perform follow up process
  • Assistance with pricing evaluation and compilation on all products
  • To engage in any other activities requested by the Sales Manager
  • Sales Order processing and complete Sales Invoice processing, support sales team with back-end quote preparation support and tender management support.
  • Proven experience in Sales; Experience as a Sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field; Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset


Good communication skills.
Clear understanding of customers requirement to ensure correct part numbers are released.
Close review of customer PO with Sales Engineer’s to ensure T & C’s are clear.


2 to 3 years’ work experience in a similar role with bachelor’s degree - Essential.
