Job Description

Role: Junior Test Analyst
Location: Daventry
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 + continuous development and learning, fantastic training opportunities, 28 days holiday, stand up desks, team activities and more

As a Junior Test Analyst, your time will be split between product testing and troubleshooting both our hardware and software products. This is a hands-on role in an agile and technical environment that demands initiative and self-motivation but can be highly rewarding.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Following test cases and procedures and reporting all faults/changes in clear test reports
  • Working with the product manager to write new test cases and procedures as well as improve existing ones
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in an efficient and organised manner
  • Acting as the link between the support team and dev team to ensure issues are tracked and resolved quickly and customers notified in a timely manner
  • Track faults and monitor fault queues and carry out retests where required.
  • Provide assistance to the support team during their fault investigations.
  • To contribute ideas and provide feedback to assist in the development of the products and services.
  • Highlight any potential problems or holes in test reports with the Product Manager during the testing cycle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
